I claim?
Generally, you can claim if it can be shown someone was to
blame, or partly to blame. This is often straightforward, for instance,

a long time ago, can I still claim?
Yes, provided it is within the last 3 years. Special
rules apply to industrial diseases, such as Vibration White Finger
and Deafness. Claims can still be made even if you left the employment
