Can I claim?
Generally, you can claim if it can be shown someone was to blame, or partly to blame. This is often straightforward, for instance, where a fellow motorist has run a red light.
How much will it cost?
Nothing. All of our costs will be claimed back from the party at fault for the accident, assuming they have insurance! We can act for you in a variety of ways, designed to give you peace of mind that, win or lose, you will not be left with a legal bill at the end.
How long will it take?
This will depend on the nature of your injuries, and whether or not the other side accept they were responsible. However, in straightforward matters things can be concluded in a few months.
How much am I entitled to?
Again, this depends on the severity of your injuries. You are also entitled to claim any out of pocket expenses you have incurred following the accident, so make sure you keep receipts and records. It is important to be aware that even the most minor of injuries can attract compensation awards.
The accident happened a long time ago, can I still claim?
Yes, provided it is within the last 3 years. Special rules apply to industrial diseases, such as Vibration White Finger and Deafness. Claims can still be made even if you left the employment many years ago. Please contact us, or fill in our Claim Form, if you require more information.
