Imperium's company director Philip Jackson is an expert in the field of hearing loss compensation.

Philip Jackson has used his years of experience and extensive knowledge of hearing loss law to successfully win compensation payouts for many workers.

His expert knowledge has also been put to good use in the many well respected articles he has written on the legal aspects of making NIHL claims.

His most recent article entitled 'Hearing Problems' examines the difficulty in 'establishing medical causation in noise induced hearing loss' (NIHL).

His assessment was that NIHL claim cases tend to focus on medical causation rather than breach of duty, which can be difficult to prove. He established that expert clinical judgement in assessing hearing loss cases can often take a back seat to the Coles, Lutman and Buffin Guidelines (2000) which are grounded in statistical data. In reviewing the law case 'Aldred v Cortaulds Northern Textiles', he was able to back up his assessment as the judge in question chose to accept the expert evidence produced by following 'the guidelines'.

With Philip Jackson's experience in this area of the law you can feel confident you have put your hearing loss claim case in the very best hands.
