Imperium Law Solicitors in Macclesfield, Cheshire is seeking a new team member to join our Administration team.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate should be computer literate. This role will require a high level of attention to detail.
Jobs will include but are not limited to:
- Answering the telephone
- Assisting fee earners with their workload
- Document production
- Setting up new claims
- Filing
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Diary management
- Uploading data onto the case management system
- Scanning and copying documents
- Preparing Court bundles
- Archiving and retrieval of files
- General office administrator duties
Personal Qualities
- Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude
- Excellent administration skills including precise attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Good communication and written skills
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Willing to work as part of a team
- Able to deal with the pressure of a busy environment
- A positive and polite manner
