Claim case example:
At Imperium Law our solicitors are here to get you the payout you deserve.
Our team has won payouts for many workers including Mr H, a South Yorkshire local authority road worker who suffered mild hearing loss caused by his job.
We represented Mr H on a ‘No Win-No Fee’ basis and achieved a £4,750 settlement.
How much might my claim be worth?
Compensation awards depend on the severity of the hearing loss.
The extent of the loss is assessed by a medical expert who will carry out a hearing examination. Depending on the results of the test, compensation can be as high as £70,000 for complete hearing loss in both ears.

Making a hearing claim
The first step is to find out if your hearing has been damaged at work.
You need to see your GP to get an appointment with an audiologist to determine the severity of your hearing loss. After your medical examination a report will be produced confirming the extent of the damage.
After a free no-obligation review of your case we can advise how much compensation you could be due.
Seek legal advice as to how to proceed with your claim.
If after reviewing your case we believe you are entitled to compensation, we can undertake an investigation to compile the evidence needed to prove your hearing loss was caused by prolonged and excessive exposure to noise at work.
Claim time limits
You have 3 years from when you became aware of hearing damage to make your claim so seek legal representation as soon as possible.
