A 56 year woman who was injured whilst sitting in a communal garden has received £1,100 in compensation thanks to Imperium law.

Our solicitors were able to secure a public liability claim payout for the Warwickshire woman, whose eye injury was caused by garden chemicals being sprayed as she sat out.

Mrs P contacted one of our solicitors to make a claim after she sustained an eye injury, caused by a gardening company worker spraying chemicals while she sat in her communal garden.

If you have been injured in an accident that was not your fault, you are entitled to make a claim against the negligent party.

As a result of the incident Mrs P believed her eyes were injured. The defendant company involved in the claim asserted that its employee had done nothing wrong. In addition it also claimed that the chemicals could not have caused the injury.

Our solicitors are dedicated to ensuring our clients receive the maximum payout possible for their injuries.

We did not agree with the defendant’s claims that there had been no wrong doing, we were therefore not prepared to drop Mrs P’s case and so issued formal court proceedings.
