Work injury claim example:

A Romford man who was employed by ITV on the set of This Morning suffered an injury after falling down a hole that had been left uncovered.

The circumstances of the accident:

A case was bought against ITV who denied responsibility saying the injured worker was at fault.

After witnesses came forward to support his claim ITV agreed compensation of £10,000.
